Instructions
Heat 4 tbsp. oil in a pan. Peel the shallots, slice them. Remove the skin from the andouille slices and cut into small pieces.
Brown the shallots over medium heat. Add the andouille pieces. Stir a minute. Throw alive shrimp at once. Cover immediately with a dish so they do not come out and grill for a few minutes over medium heat.
